Add a product
Use this when you need to add a retail item that can be sold through TuiPOS.
Tip: Do not reuse a barcode already assigned to another product.

Open the product area
From your TuiPOS back office, open the area used to manage products and choose the option to create a new product.

Enter the product details
Add a clear name, selling price and, where your business uses them, SKU/internal reference, barcode and category.

Check how the product is sold
Make sure the item is sellable and available to the POS/registers that should use it.

Add stock information if required
If this is a stocked retail item, check the inventory settings. Services should normally not be treated as stocked goods.

Save and test at the register
Save the product, refresh the POS if needed, then search or scan it and confirm the name and price before using it live.
