Process a sale
The standard flow for building a basket, taking payment and completing a sale in TuiPOS.
Tip: For EFTPOS/card sales, wait for payment confirmation before treating the sale as complete.

Add products or services
Select or search for the items being purchased and check quantities and prices in the basket.

Select the customer if required
Link the customer before payment when the sale should be associated with their account.

Review the total
Check the basket, discounts and final total.

Choose the payment method
Select the payment type and follow any prompts from connected payment hardware.
5
Complete the sale
Wait for payment confirmation before completing the transaction and issuing the receipt.
