Change a price
Update the selling price of an existing product or service and confirm the new amount appears at the register.
Tip: Promotions or customer-specific price lists can override a base price.

Find the item
Open product/service management and search for the item.

Edit the selling price
Change the relevant selling price. If you use multiple price lists, make sure you are changing the correct one.

Save the change
Save the item.

Confirm at the POS
Refresh the register data if needed and add the item to a test basket to confirm the new price.
