Add a service
Create a service such as a haircut, treatment, consultation or other item you sell but do not physically stock.
Tip: Keep service categories aligned with how staff think at the counter.

Open Products & Services
Open the back-office area where sellable items are managed and create a new item.

Name the service clearly
Use the name staff expect to see at checkout, such as Classic Cut, Skin Fade or Consultation.

Set the selling price
Enter the normal customer price and confirm the applicable tax settings.

Treat it as a service
Where the option exists, configure the item as a service/non-stock item so it does not behave like physical inventory.

Make it available in TuiPOS
Save the service and confirm it appears in the appropriate POS category or search results.
